We want to better understand your needs and would would love to hear your feedback about REST Clustering. Please complete our survey and feel free to provide any additional feedback not covered by the scope of the survey questions.

Survey Questions

• Do you currently use a single instance of Nuix REST or multiple instances?
• If multiple instances are in use, how do you coordinate operations between instances?
• What are your processing and throughput SLAs?
• Are you using on-premises hardware, cloud-based, or hybrid?
• If on-premises, are you virtualized or using native instances?
  • Are you willing to share your infrastructure specification for internal purposes to help make our products better? This information would not be shared outside of the Nuix SDK team.
• What kinds of jobs do you want to be able to cluster?
  • Ingestion, OCR, Export, Deduplication, custom, other?
• How do you license your Nuix REST service today? Nuix Management Server (NMS) or Nuix Cloud License Server (CLS)?
  • If you are currently using NMS, are you interested in using the Nuix REST cluster with CLS?
• Does native Nuix REST clustering provide an opportunity to reduce the amount of code you have under management?
• Our current plans include enabling REST to auto-provision instances in AWS, Azure, and other hosted or virtualized environments.
  • Is this applicable to your use case?
• What other features or capabilities would you like to see in the Nuix REST API or the larger Nuix Developer offering?
