Nuix Engine

Nuix RESTful Service has been updated to use version 9.10.51 of the Nuix Engine. Details about what is included with this update can be found in the v9.10 changelog.

Resolved Issues

The following authentication features are covered in this release.

• Fixed an issue where (1) the password word list and (2) the passwords provided in the processing profile were not being correctly loaded by the REST application during ingestion, causing password-protected items to fail decryption.
• Fixed TRIAGE-5672, a potential out-of-memory issue in the bulk exclude operation when processing very large result sets. The exclusion is now performed in configurable batches, and a hard limit (default 10 million items) is enforced to prevent the application from becoming unresponsive. Users exceeding the limit will receive a clear error message to refine their search query.
